As of June 14, 2024, The following will be added to the Legend Car Engine Specification Rules XJ1250 / FZ09 / MT09 “Sealed” (Page 76 of the 2024 INEX Rulebook):
Any driver found in competition with modifications to the FZ09 or MT09 Throttle Body casting, the internal components of the throttle body or the ECU will be issued a 12 month suspension from all INEX Sanctioned Events.
