Tuesday’s Winter National action at Auburndale Speedway kicked off with the Young Lion’s feature, which was dominated by Matthew Laprade. For 25 laps, he controlled the inside of the field and continued to hold off Jayden Johnson for the first place position. A good majority of the action in this first feature was the battle for third place as Carson Youngblood and Ben Morabito were going back and forth for third place with Youngblood taking the third-place position over Morabito.

The Masters Division was an exciting race. For the majority of the race Kevin Foisy and Ezekiel Hanger were gunning for the top positions while Art Hahn and Brandin Wrisley fought for second place. The race was mostly single file up until the last couple of laps when Hahn was bumped and Wrisley overtook him and took third place. Hanger and Foisy continued to battle for the lead position until the last stretch where Hanger made contact with Foisy causing Foisy to spin out and lose first place. Hanger also had to leave the race, putting Wrisley in the lead position in the final lap. In a very surprising one lap dash to the checkered flag, Wrisley lost the lead position to Lee Jordan causing everyone to slow up a little bit, and slipping through to the lead by a nose was Jim Sylvester, taking the Tuesday Masters victory.

In the Pro Division from start to finish Joel Smith controlled the track. He had a healthy couple of car lead on the drivers behind him while Jackson Lewis and Danny Chisholm both were fighting for second place. Smith cruised to victory, winning by several car lengths over the rest of the field.

In the Semi-Pro Division, from the start Caden Tufts kept control of the inside of the track and in doing so kept control of the lead. Jesse Martinez was not making it easy for him however as he was right on Tufts’ bumper. At the start of the race Martinez and Preston Wrisley were going back and forth with Jerrod Holle behind both of them. As Tufts kept control of track, both Jesse Martinez and Mitch Wright battled for third until Martinez overtook Wright and ended up in second place with VanHouten overtaking Wright putting him at fourth, with Tufts taking the victory.

In the Beginner Bandoleros race, Maverick Bradshaw controlled the race from start to finish. The race ran single file while Bradshaw maintained his lead position with Jhett Phipps right behind him from start to finish. He had a huge lead on the rest of the competition until a caution came out and shorted the field up. With three laps left after the caution, Bradshaw kept that lead and slid into victory lane.

It was a very competitive race in the Bandits Division.  Brexton Busch, Gerald White III and Evan Johnson were all in the top three spots side by side battling for first place. Busch took the lead position from start to the checkered flag while both Johnson and White III were right on his back bumper and both were trading positions back and forth for second place. It was a very tight race as throughout each lap they overtook each other again and again until two laps left in the race when Gerald took the inside and finished the race in second while Brexton took the lead and his second Bandits victory two nights in a row.

Landon Thrasher took another victory home Tuesday in the Outlaw Division as he took over the track. Thrasher held the lead while Chase Spaulding was right behind him this entire race. Thrasher lost positioning in lap five but quickly retook the lead after taking the inside route and held that lead for the rest of the night.

Capping off the second day of the 2025 Winter Nationals was the Charger Division. Bryson Carlbert started off with a great lead on the other drivers right behind him. He continued to maintain the lead throughout the night with Jagger Parker and Jacob Linc on his bumper. With six laps left in the race, Jagger Parker took the inside but with two laps left in the race Bryson regained the lead and took it home to Victory Lane, but due to an technical Infraction, Jacob Linc who originally finished third inherited the victory.

Wednesday is day three of Winter Nationals from Auburndale Speedway will air on uslegendcars.tv, as well as for Wednesday only SPEED SPORT 1, a free ad-sponsored channel available on Plute, Amazon Prime's Freevee, Sling, Freestream and more. All three Bandolero division, along with the Chargers will race in the morning session. The four main Legend Car divisions will race in the afternoon session.
